No. Mama Me Time Spa provides massage and wellness services for ALL women.

We require a deposit of 60% of your total service price for all first-time clients and a 50% deposit for returning clients.

You may avoid deposits by purchasing a membership or package.

Mama Me Time Spa serves as a cashless facility. We accept all major credit cards, including HSA/FSA. 

You may pay your remaining balance with the card on file or a different card. 

Tips are welcome in cash, Cashapp, or Venmo and sent directly to your massage therapist. 

If an appointment needs to be canceled, a minimum 48-hour notice is required for all services. For rescheduling an appointment, a minimum 24-hour notice is required for all services. Cancellations and reschedules should be completed using your Vagaro account. We will not be held responsible for any attempts to cancel/reschedule made by phone, email, and/or text.

We understand that things happen, including emergencies. Unfortunately, we have a strict cancellation/rescheduling policy. In some cases, you may be allowed to reschedule your appointment for an additional fee of 35%-50% of original service charge. This decision is based on situation and up to the Therapists discretion.

Should you cancel your appointment before the 48-hour cancellation policy, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. All sales are final for pre-purchased services, classes, gift certificates, and products. No refunds will be granted. No exceptions.

We welcome our moms to bring their child during their massage appointment, should you not have childcare. Space is limited, so you think you should leave the stroller in the car and only bring in the car seat.

No, Mama Me Time Spa serves as a women-only spa facility. In special situations, men may be allowed to accompany you during your appointment should you need assistance getting undressed and/or getting off the treatment table. (i.e. post-op and geriatric services)
